About Erika

Erika is a highly accomplished trainer with an exceptional ability to connect with people, a skill she has possessed since a young age. Growing up in a family with an insurance business and involvement in various associations, Erika quickly learned the importance of hard work, determination, and persistence. She would often sell raffle tickets for the associations or assist her parents in their business, honing her skills in every aspect of the industry.

 

In 1996, at just 19 years old, Erika tackled the real estate industry with the same tenacity that had defined her since childhood. Working alongside her mother and sisters, she quickly achieved success, becoming a broker in 2004 and opening two companies, Real Estate Expediter, a transaction coordinating company, and Triple D Realty.

 

Erika's commitment to the community has led to a wealth of accomplishments and recognition in the industry.. She served as president of The Southland Regional Association of Realtors Santa Clarita Valley Division and has been a Board of Director in the San Fernando Valley since 2012. Erika has also been a CAR Director for Southland Regional Association of Realtors since 2014. A testament, to her unwavering dedication to the industry.

However, Erika's greatest fulfillment comes from being a mother to her daughter Kailey and a supportive wife to her husband, Brandon. Her family's love and support provide her with the strength and ability to succeed in all areas of her life. Erika balances her work with her love of horses, spending her spare time competing in western events.

 

Overall, Erika's balanced lifestyle, positive attitude, and fearless approach to life have led to her remarkable achievements and success as a trainer. Her ability to connect with people, her industry expertise, and her commitment to her family and community make her a highly respected and admired figure in the real estate industry.
